This tiny Palm Warbler is standing on a bit of floating Water Lettuce surrounded by Duckweed. The next time I visited the Water Lettuce was covered in blue. My best guess is that the blue is an herbicide; I hope it won't harm the Red-winged Blackbirds I saw standing on it.
