Pickerelweed
Pickerelweed is a wetland plant, and it was quite wet around this one, not to mention Alligator territory, so this was as close as I cared to get to photograph the Monarch Butterfly I saw sipping nectar from it.

I've also seen Great Southern White and Gulf Fritillary butterflies darting from flower to flower looking for a sip of nectar from the Pickerelweed, but they were further away than the Monarch:
