There's a small spot in my lawn, a few feet across, that always gets pretty little yellow flowers in the winter when it's easy to mow around them because we don't get much rain, so the grass grows slowly enough I don't have to mow often.

I finally looked them up, and was very happy to find out that for once, one of the many little weeds that I like is a Florida native plant :) It's Pineland Heliotrope.
