This plant is a common roadside wildflower in Florida. I see it all over the place.

Wendy's identified it as Madagascar periwinkle, Catharanthus roseous. Thanks Wendy.

It isn't a Florida native plant, and I haven't seen a butterfly nectar on it.

I don't have much more to say about this plant.... it's pretty, and otherwise, apparently pretty useless.
