Places to Go
Some of the very friendly folks I've met and discussed nature with have asked me where to go see various creatures, such as birds and butterflies. It's hard to jot down directions sometimes, so I'm going to start making pages about places I've been that I recommend.

The Wakodahatchee Wetlands is a beautiful boardwalk through a wetland full of birds and plants. The birds nest there, and watching them build their nests and raise their families is absolutely amazing.

The Coconut Creek Government Center, which includes city hall and the police station, is a fabulous place to see our native butterflies.

Green Cay, the Loxahatchee, and Fern Forest are on my list of places to revisit and make pages about. I've been to many of our local parks and natural areas, and suggest that you visit them yourself to see what each has to offer; it's going to take me a lot of weekends to get (or get back to) to all of them!

South East Florida beaches are clean and beautiful. The water is crystal clear. I went this morning to document the way I hope they'll stay.
