Cuban Knight Anole Anolis equestris
Contrary to what these photos may imply, this is absolutely NOT a pick it up and play with it lizard! It bites, it bites hard, and it draws blood. I draw the line at picking up another to get that picture to share!
Those teeth in the photo below look awfully small, but I can unfortunately tell you from experience that they will shred your skin like a zillion little razor blades all slicing you at once. They won't cut deep, but they absolutely cut!

Cuban Knight Anole Lizards are not native to Florida, but they are happy and breeding in at least Broward and Palm Beach counties. I see more of them every year.
