Lacewing Egg  
Yes, it's a photo of a dragonfly. Look under the twig it's on. The white stalk with the oval at the end is a lacewing egg. The next time I notice a lacewing bug, I'll photograph it and update this page.
It's funny how one thing in the garden leads you to another. I'd seen these Lacewing eggs before, but until I saw their photo in a bug book, I thought they were some sort of fruiting body of a fungi in the leaf I found them on.
