Arro is another main character in "A Pandemic Occurrence". He is the
prince and heir, son of King Henry. His mother died when he was young
and his father protected him, keeping him from knowing the truths in the
world. Arro is defenseless, his father never had him learn any types of
self-defense, leaving him fully reliant on Xavier and, later, Silvia.
Veronica's version of Arro.
I believe the robe was inspired by Avatar: The Last Airbender, which she is 100% obsessed with. Actually, the hair looks kinda like Zuko's, but that's besides the point.
She went with blue robes, I went with white; however, we both thought of Arro as "Innocent". White, to be, signifies innocence more then blue, but, as I said before, Ver is obsessed with Avatar. XD

Veronica and I both drew versions of Arro. Similar to Xavier, we drew
our versions without knowing what the others would look like.
