Horace's Duskywing Skipper Butterflies
Female Horace's Duskywing Skipper Butterfly
Thanks to Tim, I'm getting my Skippers sorted.

He's identified this top photo as a female Horace's Duskywing, and the next photo down as a male Horace's Duskywing.

Obviously they enjoy Spanish Needles; both of them are nectaring on it. I enjoy it because it keeps some of my more elusive butterflies in a spot where I can find and photograph them.

This is the first one I photographed. A couple of years ago it landed on my cup. I tried to see if it was sipping condensation, but I couldn't tell, and then it flew away.
