These small birds visit my Black Olive Trees. I can hear the tap tap tap of their pecking, but rarely get more than a fleeting glimpse of them because they always scurry around to the opposite side of the tree from where I am. I chased this one all morning and finally caught it (in this picture) on my neighbor's palm tree.

These woodpeckers look like they're wearing a tiny red cap. I'm looking forward to chasing them again.
